		<description>Regulations across the EU have been massivley changed since the 1970&#039;s, and would apply retrospectively. From the pictures I do not believe that the equipment would pass EN71 regulations, and the public place play regualtions are espeically strict. They change frequently, and even equipment from 5 or 10 years ago are now out of date. I suggest Malta has some work to do on its playgrounds.</description>
